The Log House Restaurant continues a 50 year tradition of providing guests with a memorable Adirondack dining experience.

"We want to reduce the menu mystery and make ordering your dinner and pairing your meal selections with a wine a more pleasurable and less intimidating experience" Our chefs have incorporated a bistro style to many dishes with robust soups, hearty salads, fresh herb and wine scented stews, and bubbling gratins. Garnet Hill's dinner chefs wish to present a satisfying dining experience that will linger long after your stay at Garnet Hill has ended.

All meals at are garnished with our spectacular Log House views. Enjoy a snow sparkling early morning
view for breakfast and a moon and star lit dinner scene.

The bakery delights of Mary Jane - breads, cookies, cakes, and pies - flavor every meal at Garnet Hill Lodge or Log House Restaurant. A complete selection of bakery items is also available to purchase at the Lodge. In addition, guests are welcome to celebrate a birthday or anniversary at Garnet Hill with a cake specially prepared for the occasion.

On Saturday night we continue to offer our gourmet buffet, a true feast for entrees, salads, and vegetable dishes. Mary Jane's Onion pie will again be a features item on the buffet.

Our new Miner's Pub, a full service bar located in the Log House.  It is available for guests and day visitors. Enjoy a glass of ice cold lemonade on our lawn! We also feature imported and domestic beers and wines, such as: and Davidson Brothers Microbrews , and a winter menu of hot drinks.

Family friendly Game room with ping pong, pool table, TV, Games and 2 computers with free internet access - while children wait for dinner to be served or after dessert.
