The
Log House Restaurant and Preuninger's Pub
The restaurant and pub at Garnet Hill Lodge have
been revitalized and enhanced like never before. We are very
pleased and proud to have Andrew Bulmer as our Executive Chef.
Widely acknowledged as the best chef under former owner George Heim,
Chef Andrew has designed a wonderful menu that will satisfy
the most demanding taste and yet not offend the wallet.
Andrew's menu items are all made with only the freshest and most
authentic and wholesome ingredients, all to give you our guest the
most unique and satisfying dining experience possible.
We also have Mary Jane back with us once again.
Her homemade pies and breads are legendary at the Lodge and she hasn't
lost her touch. Her dinner rolls and breads are baked fresh
daily and taste out of this world.
The main dining room has been redecorated and
arranged to accommodate guests in a warm, intimate environment
centered around the fireplace. Our well appointed tables and
gracious service will make you feel pampered and special every time.
Preuninger's, our cozy pub, named after owner
Don Preuninger, is open and serving a variety of beer and mixed
drinks along with Mindy's balanced selection of fine wines, specialty coffees and dessert drinks to round out a satisfying
dinner after an exciting day.
