Entrees include homemade bread, salad, starch and vegetable. For our overnight guests, included with your meal is the soup of the day or salad, homemade bread, any dinner entree, dessert , and beverage. Items not included are all appetizers and alcoholic beverages.

- COUGAR TRAIL CHICKEN
Cougar Trail is an old time lodge favorite. Tender boneless chicken breast covered in a creamy pesto sauce surrounded by mushrooms and sundried tomatoes, served on a bed of linguini.
- CHIKEN PARMESAN
Breaded Boneless Chiken Breast topped with a home made marinara sauce, Mozzarella & Parmesan cheese with pasta.
- WILDENESS STEAK
Tender 12 oz. choice hand cut N.Y Strip grilled over an open flame and topped with Sautéed onions & mushrooms.
- IRISH WHISKEY STEAK
Tender 12 oz. choice hand cut grilled NY Strip steak covered in a creamy Irish Whiskey Sauce.
- GALWAY BAY PORK CHOPS
Two(2) center cut Pork Chops pan seared to perfection & dressed with spiced apples and a hint of brandy..
- PEAKED POND TROUT
Two whole fillets of Rainbow Trout breaded with grilled Pecans and Walnuts drizzled in light Lemon Butter sauce.

Sauteed veal cutlets with mushrooms and garlic covered in a Marsalla wine sauce

Six ounce veal cutlet hand breaded and topped with Marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. Served with a side of pasta and sauce

8 oz. Atlantic Salmon Filet encrusted with horseradish, fresh herbs & bread Crumbs topped with a creamy dill sauce – “A House Favorite”.
- IRISH PUB STYLE FISH AND CHIPS
A large breaded haddock filet served with French Fries and homemade coleslaw.
