Roma crunch lettuce, roasted tomatoes, corn nuts and chives with blue cheese dressing. Add salmon ($9) or chicken ($7).

 

Cajun Scallops $14

Seared scallops in spicy Cajun seasoning with a fresh apple cider sauce.

 

Smoked Trout Dip $15

Ducktrap River trout, paprika, chives and cream cheese dip with watermelon radishes.

Crock of slow cooked onions in beef broth with a crouton and melted alpine-style cheeses.
