An event every week that begins at 3:00 pm on Saturday, repeating until August 29, 2021
Join us for Yoga for Cyclists every Saturday at 3 pm beginning Saturday, July 10 through Saturday, August 28. Ideal for yogis and cyclists of all levels, our certified instructor will lead you through a one-hour class utilizing both yoga poses and core stability exercise to improve your cycling.
Single Class Drop-in Rate (non Lodge guest): $10 per class
Single Class Drop-in Rate (for Lodge guests): $8 per class
Four Class Pack: $32
*All who also attend our Guided Mountain Bike Tour at 1 pm on Saturday, can attend this class for a discounted rate of $5.
Meet our Instructor
Michele Pearsall (200 hrs YTT (Yoga Teacher Training), ACE (American Council on Exercise), Personal Trainer, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, Reiki Level 1, ACE Functional Fitness Specialist, SUP Yoga, MS Community Health). Michele teaches vinyasa flow and a high-intensity combination of yoga and weights class that includes compound movements and functional fitness. Michele is the manager of the Garnet Hill Outdoor Center.
