Take a peak at our new Spring Menu. You will find many of the favorites with some fresh new choices for spring. Try our Adirondack Style Veal, pan seared with shallots & garlic, onions, tri-colored peppers, and mushrooms, finished in a sherry wine veal demi sauce, and served over parsnip puree. You may also like Hooper’s Chicken, pan seared and done francaise-style with sundried tomatoes, artichokes and roasted red peppers, then topped with fresh basil champagne sauce and served on a bed of polenta. If you are looking for something on the lighter side, our Vegetarian Bolognese is perfect for spring and packed with an array of mixed vegetables finished in a tomato reduction and tossed in penne pasta.
Did you know? Garnet Hill Lodge offers take-out. Just call the front desk at (518) 251-2444 and order any item on the menu. The kitchen is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week. For these quieter months during the spring, the kitchen will close at 8pm Sunday – Thursday and 9pm on Friday and Saturday nights. For weekly specials, we will be continuing our popular Fish Fry Friday and Chef Tom will be creating delicious new specials to offer our restaurant guests throughout the season. Friday Happy Hour will also continue, with complimentary appetizers offered on the first three Fridays of the month and a Raw Bar on the last Friday of the month for our oyster lovers. For more on weekly specials.
We will continue to offer our popular Bluegrass Brunch into the spring season, adding in a little musical variety. It will continue to be a great time up at the lodge with great music, great company, great Bloody Marys, and great food choices for $13 or less. As the weather warms up this can only get better. Picture yourself heading out to the Adirondack chairs to soak up some sun after your meal.
