We want to welcome you to our Lodge and hope that you enjoy your stay. Garnet Hill is and always will be a mountain retreat, where outdoor activities are the highlight of your stay. Now more than ever, Garnet Hill Lodge is the place to go to enjoy a fantastic, safe and revitalizing time. Some information regarding your stay is provided below. We do ask that guests observe the instructions regarding COVID-19 on the signage we have posted, especially in The Log House. Please follow the arrows posted in the Loghouse that are designed to create one way flow of guests on the stairs and second floor hallways.
Please note that New York State is currently requiring a mandatory 2-week quarantine for visitors from certain states. Please refer to the New York State Website for more information and a list of affected states. This mandatory quarantine must be completed prior to your stay at Garnet Hill Lodge.
We have many new safety measures in place and will continue to follow safety regulations recommended by federal, state and local authorities. Your safety and well-being are our top priority. An update on our safety measures include but are not limited to:
We ask each guest to maintain distancing of 6 feet from other guests and employees and to wear a mask in public areas.
We assure you we are using the best industry level sanitizing methods to clean each room and in particular the high touch surfaces. For your and our employee’s safety your room will not be refreshed each day. If you wish fresh towels and wash cloths, place used towels and wash cloths in the laundry bag provided in your room and leave your dirty towels outside your door. Fresh towels will be packaged and placed at your door in a new laundry bag.
