Save the date for our June Wellness Weekends! Now in our third year, this program is in such high demand that we added a second weekend, along with a Winter program. More information and a full program agenda is to come.

$950 per person double occupancy (sharing one room with your guest)
$1,280 single person occupancy (one person, one room)

Program Itinerary
Day One: Thursday
3 p.m. – Check-in at our reception desk in the main Lodge.
4 p.m. – 5 p.m. – Vinyasa Yoga
5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. – Welcome & informational reception with healthy hors d’oeuvres & hand-picked wines.
6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.- Dinner in our Log House Restaurant featuring a special, health-conscious menu created by Chef Michael Crandall.
8:00 p.m. – Outdoor fire pit social.
Day Two: Friday
8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. – Breakfast in our Log House Restaurant.
9 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.– ”Walking Technique tune-up and hiking tips” with Beth Fisher.
10:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. – Hike Balm of Gilead and lunch on the mountain
1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. – Choice of a Stand-Up Paddle Boarding Clinic or Kayaking Clinic with Patrick and Kristen.
4:00-5:30 p.m. – “Reconnect with Yourself and the World” with Jodie Seymour
5:30-7:00 p.m. – Informative and fun wine tasting led by Anna Bowers.
7:00 p.m. – Dinner in our Log House Restaurant featuring a special, health-conscious menu, created by Chef Michael Crandall.
Day Three: Saturday
8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. – Breakfast in our Log House Restaurant.
9:30 am -10:30 am – “What gets you moving” with Beth Fisher.
10:30 a.m. – Noon – Mountain Biking Clinic or trail walk/run
Noon – 1 pm – Lunch in our Log House Restaurant.
1:30 p.m.- 3:30 pm “FITT principles, how to create your own exercise prescription” with Michele.
3:30 p.m.- 5:30 p.m. Explore and restore on your own
6:00 p.m.- 7:00 p.m. – Dinner
7:00 – 8:00 p.m. – Disc Golf fun tournament prizes and fun.
Day Four: Sunday
8:00 – 9:00 am – High-intensity, fitness-based class with Weights.
9:00-10:00 am – Breakfast
11:00 am – Checkout
