Safety Operating Protocols at Garnet Hill Lodge

Our top priority is keeping our guests and employees safe.  Like many businesses, “business as usual” is going to look a little bit different than it did before. We have put a lot of thought and consideration into making sure all of our guests and staff remain safe while on-site here at Garnet Hill Lodge. Please review our current operating procedures to ensure your safety and enjoyment while visiting our Lodge.

In accordance with NY State guidelines, guests and our staff is not required to wear a mask indoors.  However, if a guest or employee would like to wear a mask, they are certainly able to do so.  If anything were to change with the NY State guidelines, we will amend our policy to follow.

Request staff stay home if sick or if they have been exposed to Covid-19.

Respect social distancing guidelines whenever possible.

Please make dining reservations so we can ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience for all at our Log House Restaurant.

We encourage any guest that is exhibiting Covid-19 symptoms or believe they have been exposed to the virus to please refrain from visiting our Lodge at this time.

Avoid lines at our Outdoor Center by taking advantage of our online rental system for your ski rentals this winter.
