“This was our second time staying at Garnet Hill – we visited once this past summer and ate a delicious lunch, hoping to return for some winter xcskiing. We hit a bonus by being able to register for Enliven’s “Beat the Winter Blues” conference and learn yoga. What a terrific combo, stretching your muscles, then skiing, then stretching again. The food and staff at Garnet were superb. It was a magical weekend. We really liked having no TV’s in the rooms, turning off the cell phones and getting to relax by the fire. Nice, well groomed trails with well stocked ski shop.”
Retreat Leader, Carrie Kaufman, has developed a comprehensive approach to working with clients that enables them to look at their current state, envision their future state and develop the plan to fill the gap. The elements of the methodology ensure that all changes made will be lasting ones.
This methodology has been distilled into the design of her retreats, each one centered around the needs of those attending. It has also been leveraged to create workplace programs that companies can offer their employees for a week or for a year. At the heart of all retreats are workshops to develop plans to enhance the attendees lives as well as many experiences for bonding, rest and personal renewal. Retreats are either a weekend for resting, or 5 days for more comprehensive transformation. Select one that best fits what you are looking for in your life!
Carrie has worked as a management consultant and a senior level manager and change agent in start ups and Fortune 500 companies. She is also a certified yoga teacher and life coach with a certificate in positive psychology.
