Posted in General, Newsletters, Winter at Garnet Hill
The ski season started nice and early this year at Garnet Hill and we are still going strong! There always seems to be more snow in North Creek than there is even a short drive farther south, and then more snow again up at Garnet Hill than down on the main road. It has been snowing all day long at Garnet Hill and it is supposed to continue into tomorrow morning. While the snow has been coming down gently, it has been slowly accumulating and fresh powder always makes for a beautiful surface to ski on. We expect a total of about 4-5 inches by the time it finishes up tomorrow morning. Expect 35km of ski trails open tomorrow and once the new snow has had time to settle and firm up we will begin grooming it into that beautiful corduroy. See more about trail conditions…
We’ve been having a lot of fun out on the trails this winter and we hope you will join us. Whether you are a beginner looking to try something new or a seasoned expert Garnet Hill has plenty of great terrain and expert grooming that makes the best of what have been fantastic conditions this year. Ask us about our ski school, ski down ride back program and weekend snowshoe tours.
