As we say goodbye to Bluegrass Brunch, we are also saying hello to a new Lunch menu. Served from 12pm to 4pm on weekends and during holiday periods, this menu features soups, salads, starters and sandwiches. You will find classics and some new items on the menu. The Garnet Hill Signature Salad topped with grilled chicken or salmon is a great lunch option that’s not going away any time soon, and neither is the classic cheeseburger. Mary Jane is back with her famous onion pie, and it finds itself on the menu with other delicious starters, such as Smoked Trout Dip and North Country Cheeses served with pickles, fresh fruit and house-made crackers. Soup selections include Cornbread and Chili as well as French Onion Soup and a Soup of the Day.
There is a lot to love on our new dinner menu. New entrees include Whole Roasted Trout, a whole roasted farm-raised rainbow trout with roasted celeriac and watercress salad, and Dry Aged Ribeye Steak, a 28-day aged and hand cut steak with heirloom tomato chimichurri sauce and scalloped potatoes. The menu also includes some signature fall flavors in dishes such as the Grilled Pork Chop with empire apple sauce, sweet potato mash and bacon braised cabbage, or Three Sisters Risotto, featuring Arborio rice in pumpkin cream sauce. Served from 4pm-9pm on weekends and during holiday periods. You can expect the dinner menu to be served throughout the week during peak ski season.
The Pub Menu will be served Sunday through Thursday from 12pm to 8pm except on holidays and during peak ski season. Featuring the best soups, salads, starters, and casual fare from our lunch and dinner menus, the Pub Menu is all about simple food done right.
