June Wellness Weekends are always a big hit at Garnet Hill Lodge, and we have the schedule set for the 2023 weekend coming up! This is our third year offering the popular retreat that includes yoga classes, group hikes, wine tastings, and more in our unspoiled location in the Adirondacks.

This year’s Wellness Weekend is slated for June 1 – 4. Check out the just-released itinerary and pricing breakout below, and book today before we fill up!

Get Ready for Fitness & Fun at the June Wellness Weekend

The June Wellness Weekend includes lodging and dining in addition to the scheduled classes, outings, and workshops. The program is limited to 18 participants, and is based on room availability. Here’s the schedule:

Thursday, June 1

  • 3pm: Check-in
  • 4pm – 5pm: Vinyasa Yoga
  • 5:30pm – 6:30pm: Welcome & Informational Reception with healthy hors d’oeuvres and hand-selected wines
  • 6:30pm – 7:30pm: Dinner at the Log House Restaurant featuring a special, health-conscious menu from Chef Michael Crandall
  • 8pm: Outdoor Fire Pit Social

Friday, June 2

  • 8am – 9am: Breakfast the Log House Restaurant
  • 9am – 10:30am: Walking Technique & Tune-up & Hiking Tips with Beth Fisher
  • 10:30am – 1pm: Hike Balm of Gilead & Lunch on the Mountain
  • 1:30pm – 3pm: Choice of Standup Paddle Boarding Clinic or Kayaking Clinic
  • 4pm – 5pm: Reconnect With Yourself & the World
  • 5:30pm – 7pm: Informative & Fun Wine Tasting
  • 7pm: Dinner at the Log House Restaurant featuring a special, health-conscious menu from Chef Michael Crandall

Saturday, June 3

  • 8am – 9:30am: Breakfast at the Log House Restaurant
  • 9:30am – 10:30am: What Gets You Moving
  • 10:30am – 12pm: Mountain Biking Clinic or Trail Walk/Run
  • 12pm – 1pm: Lunch at the Log House Restaurant
  • 1:30pm – 3:30pm: FITT Principles & How to Create Your Own Exercise Prescription
  • 3:30pm – 5:30pm: Explore & Restore on your own
  • 6pm – 7pm: Dinner
  • 7pm – 8pm: Disc Golf tournament with prizes and fun

Sunday, June 4

  • 8am – 9am: High-Intensity, Fitness-Based Class With Weights
  • 9am – 10am: Breakfast
  • 11am: Checkout
