June Wellness Weeks are always a big hit at Garnet Hill Lodge, and we have the schedule set for the 2024 weekend coming up! This is our third year offering the popular retreat that includes yoga classes, group hikes, wine tastings, and more in our unspoiled location in the Adirondacks.

This year’s Wellness Week is slated for June 9 – 12. Check out the just-released itinerary and pricing breakout below, and book today before we fill up!

Get Ready for Fitness & Fun at the June Wellness Week

The June Wellness Week includes lodging and dining in addition to the scheduled classes, outings, and workshops. The program is limited to 18 participants, and is based on room availability. Here’s the schedule:

Sunday, June 9

  • 3pm: Check-in
  • 4pm – 5pm: Vinyasa Yoga
  • 5pm – 6pm: Welcome & Informational Reception with healthy hors d’oeuvres and hand-selected wines
  • 6pm – 7pm: Dinner at the Log House Restaurant featuring a special, health-conscious menu from Chef Nicholas Keiper
  • 7:30pm: Barkeater Chocolates wine pairing event

Monday, June 10

  • 8am – 9am: Breakfast in the Log House Restaurant
  • 9am – 10:30am: Walking Technique & Tune-up & Hiking Tips with Beth Fisher
  • 11am – 2pm: Hike Balm of Gilead & Lunch on the Mountain
  • 2:30pm – 4pm: Understanding Behavioral Change, You Have Not Failed, FITT Principles, and How to Create Your Own Exercise Prescription
  • 4pm – 5:30pm: Mindfulness 101, How to Shift Out of Auto-Pilot Living and Become More Intentional About the Life You Want to Live
  • 6pm – 7pm: Dinner at the Log House Restaurant featuring a special, health-conscious menu from Chef Nicholas Keiper
  • 7pm: Dance Circle

Tuesday, June 11

  • 8am – 9:30am: Breakfast at the Log House Restaurant
  • 9:30am – 10:30am: NIA with Judi Powers
  • 10:30am – 12pm: Mountain Biking Clinic or Trail Walk
  • 12pm – 1pm: Lunch at the Log House Restaurant
  • 1:30pm – 3:30pm: Stand Up Paddleboard Clinic or Kayak Tour
  • 3:30pm – 5:30pm: Explore & Restore on your own or learn how to foam roll to give yourself a massage
  • 6pm – 7pm: Dinner
  • 7pm – 8pm: Sound Healing

Wednesday, June 12

  • 8am – 9am: Salute the Sun Yoga
  • 9am – 10am: Breakfast
  • 11am: Checkout
